Fry all the whole spices 1-1 on the pan. After cooling, grind in the mixer. Fill in the air tight container and fill it in the fridge. You can use this spice for 6 months.


 Biryani Masala


Biryani Masala [1 9659008] 1 Tejpatta, 1 teaspoon fennel, 2 Starfool, 6 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom, 1 tbsp of black pepper, cinnamon 5 pieces, 1 tbspn cloves, 4-5 gravy, half teaspoon nutmeg powder, 3 beats. On low flame, fry these whole spices on hot pan. If you do not want to roast, dry the whole masala in the sunlight for 2-3 days. Then grind in the mixer and broil it with sieve. Separate the roasted spices. Fill in the air tight container.
Note: Do not mix the ground spices with powder spices. Bariyani's taste will be impaired by tender powder.

Remove the color of spices from the flame. Insert in the mixer. Grind 1-2 tablespoons of water.
